HR Trainer

Drive and support continuous improvement through training and development. Train all new hires and transfers on policies, procedures and safety programs to ensure a successful transition into the Samples team. Train all associates on plant and company procedures, policies and elements of the SAFE system. Further develop, adapt, modify, and revise training and safety programs as needs arise. Serve as a subject matter expert for any safety, training and development needs for all associates. Collaborate with other team members to create, update, and deliver training material. Inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance to the SAFE system. Continuously learn and apply new safety procedures, training skills and techniques.
