Transportation Manager

Provide effective leadership to RDC associates who perform work involved with delivering Shaw product. Maintain a safe work environment for all associates, to include compliance with Shaw, OSHA and DOT requirements. Ensure effective utilization of transportation equipment and personnel for the purpose of providing delivery and pick up service to customers. Must build trusting relationships with associates and various support groups, both internal and external. Effectively communicate with and support external and internal customers. Must be able to work autonomously and drive results to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of Shaw product to our customers. Responsible for maintaining communication with the Operations Manager, Shaw salesforce, customers, and delivery drivers. Ensure a safe work environment is provided for all associates to include compliance with all DOT and OSHA requirements.
