- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety procedures and protocols.
- Utilize inventory management systems and software to track and monitor merchandise movement and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to distribution processes.
- Continuously review and improve distribution procedures to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Communicate with upper management about distribution performance, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Represent Shoe Carnival in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Distribution Or Warehouse Setting.
Proficiency In Inventory Management And Tracking Systems.
