1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all shoppers.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, listening to their needs, and assisting them in finding the perfect pair of shoes.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
4. Keep the sales floor organized and stocked, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
6. Help maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including restocking and organizing merchandise, as well as maintaining a neat and tidy store layout.
7. Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise, as well as labeling and pricing items.
