Job Description

Collect and review data relating to seasonal labor. Responsible for daily report running and data entry. Provides park support for time and attendance systems. Issue disciplinary action, including coaching and counseling on violations related to Time and Attendance. Other duties as assigned. Assist with the development of the scheduling program to ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency. Support Labor Optimization, Financial, and Operational goals for seasonal labor.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience of HR policies & procedures a plus

  • Knowledge of minor labor laws and wage and hour compliance preferred

  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
