Lead - Marketing and Group Sales
- Supervise and assist the support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion and fulfillment of all tasks, projects and collateral requests.
- Coordinate Sale Representatives’ print production, as needed (i.e. payroll stuffers, flyers).
- Assist the Sales Coordinator with all assigned tasks.
- Responsible for training and monitoring Sales Support Staff.
- Coordinate all assigned direct mailing projects.
- Responsible for the inventory, stocking, and organization of all office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with customer service and ticket office in fulfilling group orders.
- Assist with Group Sales social media programs.
Theme park or guest services experience preferred. (not required)
Second language Spanish preferred. (not required)
