- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales.

Previous Retail Management Experience: A 2Nd Assistant Manager At Skechers Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Footwear Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A 2Nd Assistant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Employees. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
