Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring our inventory levels to ensure efficient and timely delivery to our stores.   1. Manage inventory levels: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for timely delivery to stores.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers: Communicate and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any supply issues.
  3. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments to accurately track stock levels.
  4. Implement inventory control procedures: Establish and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  5. Conduct inventory audits: Regularly conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery.
  7. Forecast inventory needs: Analyze past sales data and current trends to forecast inventory needs and make recommendations for future orders.
  8. Identify and resolve issues: Proactively identify and resolve any potential inventory issues, such as stock shortages or overstock situations.
  9. Optimize inventory processes: Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Train and supervise inventory staff: Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure they are following inventory control procedures and meeting performance goals.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to implement new strategies and techniques.
  12. Adhere to company policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory management to maintain compliance and ensure accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control, Preferably In The Retail Or Footwear Industry

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Sound Inventory Decisions

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
