
Inventory Coordinator

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring our inventory levels to ensure efficient and timely delivery to our stores. - Manage inventory levels: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for timely delivery to stores.
- Coordinate with suppliers: Communicate and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments to accurately track stock levels.
- Implement inventory control procedures: Establish and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
- Conduct inventory audits: Regularly conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery.
- Forecast inventory needs: Analyze past sales data and current trends to forecast inventory needs and make recommendations for future orders.
- Identify and resolve issues: Proactively identify and resolve any potential inventory issues, such as stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Optimize inventory processes: Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train and supervise inventory staff: Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure they are following inventory control procedures and meeting performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to implement new strategies and techniques.
- Adhere to company policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory management to maintain compliance and ensure accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control, Preferably In The Retail Or Footwear Industry
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Sound Inventory Decisions
Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
