  1. Perform regular maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment, and take necessary corrective actions.
  3. Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
  6. Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  8. Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed.
  9. Communicate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to operations.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance processes and optimize equipment performance.
  11. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
