  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Create a positive and engaging work environment by fostering teamwork, open communication, and recognition of achievements.
  3. Train and develop new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to drive sales.
  5. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Act as a role model by adhering to company values and promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
  8. Collaborate with other store leaders to plan and execute promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies.
  9. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, team development, and customer feedback.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and innovate processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Floor Leader At Skechers Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills In Order To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Lead By Example.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Essential For A Retail Floor Leader Position At Skechers. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Floor Leader Must Have Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Provide Clear Instructions, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Product Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Skechers Products Is Necessary For A Retail Floor Leader. This Includes Knowledge Of The Brand's History, Current Trends, And Features Of Various Products.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A Retail Floor Leader Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Solutions To Various Issues That May Arise On The Sales Floor. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions.
