- Analyze and forecast retail workforce needs based on sales trends, store traffic, and other factors.
- Create and maintain employee schedules that meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address unexpected changes and meet business demands.
- Work closely with retail store managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support and guidance in optimizing their workforce.
- Utilize workforce management software to track and report on key performance metrics such as labor costs, scheduling efficiency, and employee productivity.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to ensure proper onboarding and ongoing development of retail employees.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives related to workforce management.
- Conduct regular audits of time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with retail store teams to ensure understanding and adherence to workforce management policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and make recommendations for implementation within the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners related to workforce management.
- Act as a liaison between retail stores and corporate headquarters to address any workforce management issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor new workforce management team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Embody the Skechers brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Retail Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Management.
