Job Description

South Coast Repertory seeks an individual to join our ticket office team to maintain SCR’s excellent customer service while assisting patrons with ticket sales, will call, and other duties. Processing ticket orders for individual sales, subscriptions, and groups. Maintaining SCR’s patron database in Tessitura. Handling will call on performance dates (4) Making outbound sales calls to potential subscribers.

Job Qualifications
  • Tessitura experience a plus

  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Bilingual is a plus.
