Job Description

Domain area-focused Architect responsible for defining solutions that align to Enterprise strategies and standards. Collaborates closely with IT Teams to ensure designs reflect the intended solutions. Build and drive the development of architecture capabilities that supports the strategic direction of the business and ensures alignment and compliance across all technology areas. Streamline processes and tooling for decision making and knowledge sharing across the enterprise. Provide guidance to architecture teams on how to best leverage repositories, processes and technology to meet defined business goals and objectives. Prepares and presents formal findings and recommendations in various formats to all levels of the organization and across the enterprise. Engages with all levels of Architecture as well as Horizontal and Vertical IT Teams and non-SWA Teams.

Job Qualifications

Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics
5 to 10 years of work experience in multiple technology disciplines
Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change
Solid understanding of systems, business, data, and technical architecture disciplines
