Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conversation Designer to join our Seller Experience team at Square. As a Senior Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing conversational user interfaces and language models to create engaging and personalized experiences for Square’s sellers.To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of natural language processing, chatbot design, and AI/ML. You should also be an excellent communicator with a creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset.If you’re passionate about creating meaningful conversations, we’d love to hear from you!
