Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Or Employee Relations Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
