Welcome to the State of Pennsylvania's Liquor Enforcement team! We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Liquor Enforcement Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing the liquor laws and regulations of the state to ensure the safety and well-being of our communities.   1. Enforce state liquor laws and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of liquor establishments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  3. Investigate complaints and reports of potential violations, gathering evidence and taking appropriate action.
  4. Conduct undercover operations to identify and apprehend individuals violating liquor laws.
  5. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and actions taken during investigations.
  6. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and departments to address liquor-related issues.
  7. Educate liquor licensees and the public on relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investigations, citations, and other enforcement activities.
  9. Testify in court proceedings and provide evidence as needed.
  10. Stay informed about changes in liquor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with updates.
  11. Provide support and assistance to other members of the Liquor Enforcement team as needed.
  12. Serve as a positive role model and representative of the State of Pennsylvania's Liquor Enforcement team.
  13. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  14. Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, superiors, and members of the public.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve enforcement procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-5 Years Of Experience In Law Enforcement Or Related Field

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Liquor Control And Enforcement

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With The Public And Law Enforcement Agencies

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Valid Driver's License And Pass A Background Check And Drug Test.
