Hello! We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Internal Communications, Product & Engineering at Stripe. In this role, you will play a crucial role in fostering effective communication and collaboration within our Product & Engineering teams, ensuring that our innovative ideas and developments are effectively shared across the organization.   1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively share product and engineering updates and innovations with all levels of the organization.
  2. Create and manage communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and company-wide meetings, to facilitate efficient and timely information sharing within the Product & Engineering teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights on new products and developments, and translate technical jargon into easily digestible content for non-technical audiences.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential communication gaps and challenges, and work towards finding effective solutions to improve internal communication processes.
  5. Support product and engineering leaders in crafting impactful messages and presentations to communicate updates, progress, and achievements to the wider organization.
  6. Plan and organize events, workshops, and training sessions to promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and team building within the Product & Engineering teams.
  7. Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all internal communication platforms, adhering to company branding and messaging guidelines.
  8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications, and apply new ideas and strategies to continuously improve internal communication processes.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the Product & Engineering teams, promoting open communication, transparency, and accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Specifically In The Product And Engineering Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Technical Terminology And Ability To Translate Complex Information Into Easily Understandable Language.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including Experience In Creating And Delivering Presentations.

  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally With Teams In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
