As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential new customers.   1. Identify and qualify potential new customers through strategic research and outreach.
  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques.
  3. Communicate with potential customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services.
  5. Understand the needs and pain points of potential customers to effectively position our solution.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  9. Continuously improve and innovate the lead generation and qualification process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Technology Or Saas Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry And Technology, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Products And Services.
