- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, utilizing problem-solving skills and effective communication to ensure a positive outcome.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement solutions for clients, including product upgrades and feature requests.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up calls with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to customer service and account management.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned performance metrics and goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management Role.
Proficiency In Crm Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous Experience In The Financial Technology Industry And Understanding Of Payment Processing Is Preferred.
