You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable data pipelines, implement data processing and analytics solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making for our growth initiatives.To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in software engineering, data engineering, and a passion for driving growth through data.   1. Develop and maintain our growth data infrastructure to support the company's mission of increasing the GDP of the internet.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and build scalable and reliable data pipelines.
  3. Implement data processing and analytics solutions to support growth initiatives.
  4. Drive data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate data insights to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure the security and integrity of our data by following best practices and implementing proper data governance procedures.
  6. Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on the latest data engineering trends and technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our processes.
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  10. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and solve complex problems.
  11. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Focus On Growth Data Engineering.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or Scala.

  • Strong Understanding Of Big Data Technologies And Frameworks, Such As Hadoop, Spark, Or Kafka.

  • Experience With Data Modeling, Etl Processes, And Data Warehousing.
