As an Associate Mako Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our Mako product's growth and development initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, healthcare, or medical device technology, and at least two years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management. A self-starter attitude and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely and collaboratively with other departments. Knowledge of the orthopedic medical device industry, especially with the Mako product line, is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute growth and development initiatives for the Mako product line.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase product adoption and improve patient outcomes.
  3. Support customer product inquiries and provide technical support, as needed.
  4. Assist in product launch and promotional activities.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and track product performance and customer feedback.
  7. Research new product trends and developments in the orthopedic medical device industry.
  8. Keep up-to-date on the latest product developments and industry standards.
  9. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.
  10. Create and implement product training plans for customers.
