  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with indirect channel partners to drive business growth and success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and processes for indirect channel management.
  3. Manage and oversee financial performance of indirect channel partners, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  4. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making.
  5. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial matters related to indirect channel management.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including indirect channel partners, to build strong relationships and drive successful outcomes.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Conduct regular financial reviews and audits of indirect channel partners to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their financial acumen and contribute to the team's overall success.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain ethical and legal standards in financial management.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate financial risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
  13. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes that may impact indirect channel management and make necessary adjustments to financial processes.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential indirect channel partners.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Finance team by actively participating in team meetings and supporting team members when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Working Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Experience Managing Indirect Channel Partners And Familiarity With Channel Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
