  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Stryker's brand and products.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful and cohesive marketing campaigns.
  4. Write and edit marketing materials, including product brochures, website content, and social media posts.
  5. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, digital advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.
  6. Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  7. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  10. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  11. Assist in the development of product launch plans and support the launch process.
  12. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  13. Provide support for trade shows and other promotional events.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their marketing skills.
  15. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support their goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Communications, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Social Media Platforms.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling Marketing Messages.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With Strong Project Management And Organizational Skills.
