  1. Oversee and manage the procurement operations for Stryker, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation.
  2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships.
  4. Lead and coach a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals and drive operational excellence.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Operations, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Negotiation, And Cost Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Drive Process Improvements.
