- Lead and support the execution of Research and Development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are completed.
- Conduct regular project team meetings to review progress and identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with industry regulations.
- Track and report project metrics and key performance indicators.
- Support the development of new medical device products by providing project management expertise.
- Mentor and train junior project management staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Project Management Experience In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And The Product Development Process In The Medical Device Industry.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Drive Project Success.
