1. Lead and support the execution of Research and Development projects from concept to commercialization.

12. Track and report project metrics and key performance indicators.
13. Support the development of new medical device products by providing project management expertise.
14. Mentor and train junior project management staff.
15. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
