  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other potential customers in the orthopaedic instruments market.
  2. Assist in the execution of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with experienced sales representatives to learn and understand the sales process and product knowledge.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  5. Actively participate in training programs and continuous education opportunities to enhance knowledge of products and industry trends.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the company and its products.
  9. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential customers.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  11. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Stryker's products and services.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with coworkers and team members.
  14. Willingness to travel within assigned territory and occasionally outside of territory for training and other business needs.
  15. Embrace a team-oriented approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
