Responsibilities: • Analyze and resolve chargeback disputes for customers in a timely manner. • Interpret and adhere to chargeback regulations. • Maintain accurate records of all chargeback disputes. • Monitor and evaluate chargeback trends. • Identify and investigate fraud cases. • Proactively manage customer relationships. • Develop and implement strategies to minimize chargebacks. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial operations and regulatory standards. • Provide feedback and recommendations on chargeback policies and procedures. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Provide training and support to internal teams on chargeback policies and procedures.
