  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Central/South Florida to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Serve as a product expert and provide education and training to healthcare professionals on our innovative products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  4. Conduct on-site visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to support customer needs and promote product usage.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and communicate feedback to the appropriate teams.
  6. Attend industry conferences and events to promote Stryker's products and services and network with potential customers.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Participate in ongoing product and sales trainings to maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines.
  13. Travel within the designated territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as needed.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  15. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

  • Knowledge Of Injury And Infection Prevention Protocols: A Customer Success Associate At Stryker Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Injury And Infection Prevention Protocols To Effectively Support Customers In Central/South Florida.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Previous Experience In Customer Service, As They Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers And Providing Exceptional Support.

  • Organizational Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Manage Multiple Customer Accounts And Ensure Timely And Effective Communication And Follow-Up.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For A Customer Success Associate At Stryker. This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Customers, As Well As Internal Teams And Stakeholders.
