- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Central/South Florida to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a product expert and provide education and training to healthcare professionals on our innovative products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Conduct on-site visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to support customer needs and promote product usage.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and communicate feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote Stryker's products and services and network with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales trainings to maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Knowledge Of Injury And Infection Prevention Protocols: A Customer Success Associate At Stryker Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Injury And Infection Prevention Protocols To Effectively Support Customers In Central/South Florida.
Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Previous Experience In Customer Service, As They Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers And Providing Exceptional Support.
Organizational Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Manage Multiple Customer Accounts And Ensure Timely And Effective Communication And Follow-Up.
