As a Design Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the design and development of our medical devices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain design control processes and procedures.
  2. Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies for new and existing products.
  5. Review and approve design verification and validation activities to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  6. Lead investigations into product complaints and non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Create and maintain design history files and other quality documentation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure the company's products meet all necessary requirements.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to the design and development team throughout the product lifecycle.
  10. Utilize statistical analysis and other quality tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in product design and development.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and consistency of materials and components.
  12. Train and mentor team members on design control processes and quality standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to address any quality-related issues or concerns.
  14. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve design and development processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality System Regulations, Including Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Design Control Processes And Risk Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement.
