Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced and organized Detailed Production Scheduler who can manage the production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a reliable and highly-motivated individual, we would love to hear from you.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed production schedules and ensuring that production operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in production planning and scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Production Management• At least 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling• Advanced knowledge of production planning software• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure production operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  2. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules when necessary.
  3. Identify potential problems with production processes and suggest solutions.
  4. Develop and implement systems and processes to improve production planning and scheduling.
  5. Utilize production planning software to manage production operations.
  6. Analyze production data to identify trends and patterns.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
  8. Maintain detailed records of production planning and scheduling activities.
  9. Monitor production supply levels and order materials when needed.
  10. Ensure production meets quality standards.
