Job Description

We at Stryker are looking for an experienced and innovative Electrical Engineer – R&D to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for transforming ideas into reality, and have a proactive approach to developing and implementing solutions for our products.The successful candidate must be comfortable working on multiple projects and possess strong problem-solving skills. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure successful product launches.Our ideal Electrical Engineer – R&D has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of developing and optimizing electrical systems, and a firm understanding of electrical components and technology. The ability to design, simulate, analyze, and debug circuits is also essential.If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, then we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities for Electrical Engineer – R&D:
