Event Planning Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Event Planning Specialist to join our Stryker team. Responsibilities:

-Develop, manage, and coordinate event timelines, tasks, and budgets -Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, decoration, and transportation -Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event execution -Identify and secure event sponsors -Source and manage vendors for events -Handle all customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction -Develop and implement strategies to increase event attendance -Create promotional materials and social media campaigns -Monitor event performance and post-event evaluations -Develop and maintain relationships with event stakeholders
