Job Description

At Stryker, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Field Service Integration Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team. As an Intern, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive services and solutions to our customers. This includes providing technical advice, troubleshooting, problem solving, and developing best practices for our Field Service Integration team.This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment and to develop your skills in the medical devices industry. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.We are looking for a candidate who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and has experience with medical device development and/or troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be familiar with electronic systems and have experience in a customer service role. Additionally, the candidate will have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical advice and troubleshooting to customers
  2. Develop best practices for the Field Service Integration team
  3. Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  4. Demonstrate commitment to customer service
  5. Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  6. Maintain familiarity with electronic systems
