  1. Maintain accurate fixed assets records: The Fixed Assets Accountant will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining all fixed assets in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
  2. Perform asset tracking and reconciliation: This individual will be responsible for tracking and reconciling fixed assets, ensuring that all assets are properly recorded and accounted for.
  3. Conduct physical inventory audits: The Fixed Assets Accountant will conduct periodic physical inventory audits to verify the accuracy of fixed asset records and identify any discrepancies.
  4. Prepare and post journal entries: This role will involve preparing and posting journal entries related to fixed assets, including depreciation and disposals.
  5. Assist with month-end close: The Fixed Assets Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This individual will work closely with other departments such as purchasing, operations, and finance to ensure accurate and complete fixed asset data.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards: The Fixed Assets Accountant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies related to fixed assets.

Job Qualifications
