Job Description

Stryker is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will focus on growing sales of our foot and ankle product lines, building customer relationships, and providing technical support to surgeons and medical professionals. To be successful in this position, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus. If you have a passion for helping people and knowledge of the foot and ankle market, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals for the foot and ankle product lines.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers by providing superior customer service.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Stryker's foot and ankle products.
  4. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  5. Work closely with surgeons and medical professionals to ensure optimal usage of the foot and ankle products.
  6. Monitor industry and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  7. Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales activity.
  9. Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries and concerns.
