Stryker is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This dynamic role requires a professional with experience in HR operations, a strong customer service mentality, and the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services across a range of HR functions and will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our employees.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment. They will have a thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of local and federal labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Develop and implement best practices for HR processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws.
- Provide comprehensive HR support services to employees and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain employee records and documents.
