HR Specialist

Stryker is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services across a range of HR functions and will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our employees.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment. They will have a thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of local and federal labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

4. Provide comprehensive HR support services to employees and stakeholders.
5. Create and maintain employee records and documents.
6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
8. Resolve employee inquiries and complaints.
9. Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
