They must ensure that our HR practices are compliant with federal and state laws, and that we maintain a positive and productive work environment.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
