Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized and driven professional with a strong background in human resources.The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing outstanding support to our employees. They must ensure that our HR practices are compliant with federal and state laws, and that we maintain a positive and productive work environment.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that are compliant with federal and state laws.
  2. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and advice to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Analyze and evaluate HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
  7. Identify training and development needs.
  8. Develop and manage employee reward and recognition programs.
  9. Assist with performance management, dispute resolution, and other HR-related tasks.
  10. Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies.
