Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-screening calls, and conducting background checks.
- Assist with onboarding activities, such as preparing orientation materials, setting up new hire paperwork, and organizing orientation meetings.
- Assist with employee relations, such as addressing employee concerns and complaints, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update employee records, such as personnel files, benefits information, and other HR information.
- Assist with employee training and development, including researching training materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee exit interviews and processes.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing documents, generating reports, and responding to emails.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
