  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for joint replacement products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned region.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our joint replacement products.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand market share and increase sales.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
  7. Participate in industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our products and company.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively position our products in the market.
  9. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments and advancements.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Joint Replacement Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Medical Terminology Related To Joint Replacement Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Influence Healthcare Professionals.
