  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global ESG reporting strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Stay up-to-date on global ESG trends and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of ESG data from various internal and external sources.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify key ESG priorities and set measurable goals.
  5. Communicate company ESG performance and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels and platforms.
  6. Manage the production of high-quality ESG reports, including writing, editing, and design.
  7. Facilitate ESG training and awareness programs for employees to increase understanding and engagement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key ESG partners, such as NGOs and industry groups.
  9. Lead the integration of ESG principles into business strategies and decision-making processes.
  10. Identify and implement innovative solutions to address ESG challenges and opportunities.
  11. Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and inform decision-making.
  12. Collaborate with the sustainability team to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programs.
  13. Represent the company at ESG-focused events, conferences, and forums.
  14. Manage a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  15. Uphold the company's values and commitment to sustainability in all ESG-related activities and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Reporting Standards And Regulations, Such As Gri And Sasb, As Well As Experience Implementing Esg Strategies At A Global Level.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability And Corporate Responsibility Principles, And Ability To Integrate Them Into The Company's Overall Business Strategy.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Timelines For Esg Reporting Initiatives.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Collection And Analysis Processes To Support Esg Reporting, Including Experience With Sustainability Reporting Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Esg Performance And Impact To Both Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Investors, Customers, And Employees.
