Looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Manager of Post-market Quality at Stryker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards for our products in the post-market phase.   1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for the post-market phase of our products.
  2. Monitor and analyze post-market data to identify potential quality issues and initiate corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  4. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of post-market processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and suppliers.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and updates related to post-market quality and incorporate best practices into our processes.
  9. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and safety.
  10. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to incorporate design for quality principles in new product development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and changes.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve quality objectives within budget.
  14. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on quality-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Post-Market Quality Management In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Cross-Functional Departments

  • Quality Certifications Such As Asq Certified Quality Manager Or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Are Preferred.
