Job Description

Are you passionate about medical education? Stryker is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Medical Education team as a Medical Education Associate. In this role, you will work with Stryker’s medical professionals to create and deliver educational initiatives that bring our products to life in the classroom.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful medical education initiatives and a passion for helping to bridge the gap between medical education and product commercialization. We are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders from medical professionals to sales and marketing personnel.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in medical education, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver successful medical education initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with medical professionals, sales, and marketing personnel to bridge the gap between medical education and product commercialization.
  3. Maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Present educational initiatives to bring products to life in the classroom.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Research and identify emerging trends in medical education.
  7. Create and update medical education materials.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical education initiatives.
  9. Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Utilize data analysis to inform program improvement.
