  1. Provide technical support and expertise to clients on site.
  2. Ensure the efficient and seamless use of Stryker's medical devices and equipment.
  3. Work directly with healthcare professionals to troubleshoot any issues or concerns.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of Stryker's products and their applications.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective training programs for clients.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and Stryker, communicating any feedback or requests for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Surgical Equipment And Procedures.

  • Excellent Technical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues On-Site.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
