- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and direction of the Emergency Care division portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the emergency medical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and R&D to ensure alignment of product development with market needs and company goals.
- Drive the development and launch of new products, from concept to commercialization.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements or changes.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product planning, pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and suppliers.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and gather competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Continuously track and analyze market and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the portfolio.
- Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio, providing training and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and manage the portfolio budget, including expenses and revenue targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to portfolio management.
- Represent the company and portfolio at industry conferences and events.
Valid Medical License And Certification: A Portfolio Manager For Emergency Care At Stryker Must Possess A Valid Medical License And Relevant Certifications In Emergency Care, Such As Acls And Pals.
Extensive Emergency Care Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Emergency Care, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Portfolio Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Emergency Care Professionals. Excellent Communication Skills Are Also Essential For Effectively Coordinating With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Stryker Products And Services: Stryker Is A Leading Medical Technology Company And The Portfolio Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Their Emergency Care Products And Services In Order To Effectively Manage And Promote Them.
Proven Track Record In Portfolio Management: The Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record In Managing Portfolios And Driving Business Growth. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans, Managing Budgets, And Achieving Sales Targets.
