  1. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement & Prozessoptimierung team to identify areas for process improvement within the organization.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to understand current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Participate in project planning and execution to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  5. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Identify and address potential roadblocks to process improvement initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process optimization to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process improvement efforts.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by driving positive change and improvement in processes.

Job Qualifications
