- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Uphold Stryker's design standards and ensure consistency across all product designs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Exceptional User Experiences For Digital Products.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision.
Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers.
