Strong Supply Chain Background: The Ideal Candidate For A Project Manager, Supply Chain Role At Stryker Should Have A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, Including Experience In Procurement, Logistics, And Inventory Management.
Project Management Experience: Stryker Is Looking For A Candidate With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Supply Chain Setting. This Includes Experience In Planning, Executing, And Monitoring Project Timelines, Budgets, And Deliverables.
Leadership Skills: As A Project Manager, Supply Chain At Stryker, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate Team Members, And Resolve Conflicts.
