  1. Ensure compliance with quality standards: The Quality Administrator will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable quality standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products.
  2. Manage quality documentation: This role will involve managing and maintaining all quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
  3. Conduct audits: The Quality Administrator will be responsible for conducting both internal and external audits to identify any potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Implement quality improvement initiatives: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for quality improvement and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in our products and processes.

  6. Monitor and analyze quality data: This role will involve monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Train and educate team members: The Quality Administrator will be responsible for training and educating team members on quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure a culture of quality excellence.
  8. Support regulatory submissions: This role will involve providing support for regulatory submissions by ensuring that all quality requirements are met.
  9. Participate in risk management activities: The Quality Administrator will participate in risk management activities, including hazard analysis and risk assessments, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and regulations: The successful candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to quality management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Processes And Regulations, Including Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Methodologies.
