Job Description

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Regional Manager for the Big East region in our Orthopaedic Instruments division.In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth in the Big East territory. You will work closely with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators to promote and sell our state-of-the-art orthopaedic instruments. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by ensuring they have access to the best medical devices on the market.To be successful in this position, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the orthopaedic industry. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry is required, with a focus on orthopaedics preferred.   1. Lead a team of sales representatives in the Big East region to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share in the orthopaedic instruments division.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators to promote and sell Stryker's products.
  4. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales objectives.
  8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Stryker's products and services.
  9. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform business strategies.
  10. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Represent Stryker with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  15. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Stryker's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Orthopaedic Instruments.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
