- Lead a team of sales representatives in the Big East region to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share in the orthopaedic instruments division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators to promote and sell Stryker's products.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Orthopaedic Instruments.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
