  1. Develop and design visual concepts and solutions that align with Stryker's brand identity and marketing strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
  3. Create and maintain design templates and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
  4. Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality designs for various mediums such as print, digital, and multimedia.
  5. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design techniques to continuously improve and elevate Stryker's visual presence.
  7. Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure quality and consistency in design work.
  8. Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the production process for print and digital materials.
  10. Uphold Stryker's high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all design work.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all visual materials align with Stryker's values and mission.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to support and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  13. Attend design conferences and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge, and bring new ideas to the team.
  14. Adhere to copyright and trademark guidelines and ensure all designs are legally compliant.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline design processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Graphic Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Creating Impactful And Innovative Designs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) And Other Relevant Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Designers, Providing Feedback And Guidance To Elevate Their Skills And Work.
